Thanks to our incredible supporters, we have—again—completed another successful medical camp.

One hundred and sixty-five people attended the camp. Two Doctors and four Nurses checked and treated this community. We continue to witness the significance and benefit medical camps bring to the local communities we support. We will continue investing our time and effort to organize and support medical camps as long as possible.

Providing medical care is a core value in our effort to provide means for people to break out of the poverty cycle. Everyone should have free and easy access to medical care. Medical care is not a luxury; it is a necessity. (If would like to support a medical camp, reach us at info@h4zp.org.)

Unbeknownst to us, this medical had a surprise to us. We were at the right place, at the right time.

Although we have been doing medical camps for many years, each camp always brings surprises and new challenges. We continuously face shocking encounters that remind us that access to medical treatment is necessary. These encounters give us the energy to work hard to bring free medical treatment to the slums.

It was at this community, e.g., were we discovered Ali Khan, a three and half-year-old who sustained major skin burns. Ali Khan had not received the proper medical attention three days after sustaining his injury. Thanks to our donors, we were able to take action. The Hands 4 Zero Poverty team was able to transport him to a private hospital, where he received the proper treatment for his injury. Ali Khan has, since, adequately recovered.

Join us! Let’s give more people like Ali Khan access to medical care. Access to the proper medical care we all need and deserve.
